This charming B&B is run by a lovely friendly couple who were instantly welcoming. The house is so spotless that I presumed it was a new venture, however Cathie and Ewan have been running this place for the last six years. They only have two rooms available, both en suite with ample, instant hot water whenever you need it. Our room was quite spacious with plenty of room to stow unwanted luggage, and a wonderful view toward the Cullin mountains.
The house is on a quiet road which leads to a place called Heaste, although you could hardly call Broadford itself busy! You are within ten minutes walk of restaurants including the often recommended "Creelers", which is well worth a visit.
All the usual were on offer for breakfast, cereals, grapefruit, toast and a "full Scottish", but there was also a dish of fabulous raspberries (which was a nice touch)
I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to get away from it all for a few days to see...
