Our rooms looked out onto a beautiful view of the Loch, but I felt like I was staying in a mildewy basement. Honestly, I coulldn't wait to check out. Can't say that the service was excellent. We came on a tour with a large group,found great service, a beautiful location, and good food and drink. We were traveling with handicapped adults, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We are coming back! more

We paid £60 for a double room which was clean and functional, hotel seems to have its share of negative reviews and this is a mystery to me. Is it first impressions?
