We spent 2 very comfortable nights at Cruinn Bheinn, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation on the Isle of Skye. Marina and Peter were extremely welcoming and hospitable, the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfy, and the breakfasts were great. The location was excellent too, with Portree, the sights of the Trotternish Peninsula and... More

We spend a delightful 3 nights with Marina and Peter in the Kensaleyre area on the Isle of Skye in August. The accommodation is superb, breakfast was great and our hosts made us feel at home with their family. The B&B is situated in an idylic setting near the shores of Loch Snizort Beag and is elevated to provide gorgeous... More

My wife and I visited here with another couple back in August. I think this was our favorite place out of our entire trip to Scotland. Everything was perfectly clean and in good working order. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and made an excellent breakfast for us both mornings. They are a husband... More

Although from Scotland, my Mum (77 years young) and I had never visited the North of Scotland. After a long drive to Skye, we were delighted to eventually reach Cruinn Bheinn and receive our warm welcome from Marina. Our twin room was gorgeous and spotless, comfy beds, quality linens and towels, plenty of storage and overally very tastefully decorated. As... More

There's no denying the glorious views from Cruinn Bheinn, but what's delightful about this guest house is that things are just as impressive indoors. Clean, modern yet cosy rooms (we booked two rooms and both had loch views), hearty breakfasts (including Stornoway black pudding to die for) and the warmest of welcomes. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were... More

I would very much recommend this B&B for various reasons. Firstly because we felt very wellcome by Mariana and her husband. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the views breathtaking. The ideal place to be in touch with nature and relax. We wouldn't hesitate to come back as we had a lovely time!! More

Our room was immaculate to the point of clinical with views of Loch Snizort and the countryside beyond. Marina and Peter were welcoming hosts - with welcoming smiles and good service. The breakfast room was ultra clean and provided those same pleasant views of the loch. Breakfast itself was fine. It was, however, the only B&B that we stayed in... More

What a happy bit of luck that we came across this delightful B&B when a last-minute trip to Skye was arranged. Our room was immaculate, cosy and boasted gorgeous views of Loch Snizort and the countryside beyond. Marina and Peter are the perfect hosts - with welcoming smiles and peerless service. The breakfast room is light and airy and provides... More
