we were told£80 for a double room, the room was basic to say the least. Breakfast is continental, the meats just an aldi pack of garlic sausage,looked as if theyhad been left out for a month. Breakfast between 8/8.30am no time at all. We checked our bill, they added £10.00 to the room rate.

Had the back room over looking the hillside. Dont be put off, it may sounds like a poor relation to the sea view rooms. But it was very good. Lovely room with nice view. The restaurant food is great as well. Service excellent.

We didn't stay here, we only ate. The food was of average quality, I would have been happy with the meal if I had payed £6.99 for it in a Brewers Fayre or something like that. Very overpriced menu and a cheap dining environment, from the imitation electric plastic candle ( how romantic ) to the cheap dinnerware. The people who served us had no clue about the menu options and it was a challenge to obtain more than three words from them. Food i would rate as just scrapping ok i would expect more again... More
