We've stayed at this hotel before an, as before, this stay was very enjoyable. A comfortable, clean room with good facilities. A nice quiet area of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and restaurant. Excellent choice of menu at the restaurant, coupled with tasty food, good service and value. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

In overal a good value for money for a budget hotel. Friendly staff, room very spacious, noise level reduced at very minimum although hotel is located very close to motorway. Shower pressure a bit low, but was alright. To conclude, regardless sort of your journey in my opinion just worth it!

My only gripe was a noisy family in the room above as the noise through the floor was a bit too much and i wear ear plugs!! Apart from that everything else was superb, great service, spotlessly clean. Costs were higher due to the rugby in Edinburgh.

The staff are fantastic - friendly, helpful, make you feel really welcome. Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Really can't fault it. Breakfasts at the Beefeater are first class and good value for money.
