Don't expect your stay at the Best Western in McKenzie to rate as one of your all time great hotel experiences, however, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the hotel is right across the street from Bob's BBQ which is out of this world. This is actually a pretty good property overall. They are currently renovating all the rooms and they're turning out to be quite nice. We stayed in McKenzie on a trip back to Kansas City from Nashville. We looked in a room at the Budget hotel up the road, but it was rather unpleasant, so we opted for the Best Western. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and little microwave. We did have to plug in one of the lamps... more
