A "super kingsize" bed was great, often not available in UK. Gorgeous view, very congenial and helpful staff. Our room faced out over the water, was quite comfortable, although the floor sloped a bit. But we'would definitely stay there again. Bute is wonderful, very scenic and lots to see. more
Your hosts Mr & Mrs McGregor were charming and helpful. Although called a Hotel it feels more like a B&B. You feel like you are guests in their home. Cozy Victorian a little farther from town centre but an easy walk for most. Wonderful Hot Cooked to order breakfast every morning in their Formal diningroom set with linen and place settings Dinner provided if you let them know you will be staying. Cozy and quaint, not trendy. Old country charm. Nice view of the bay and far side of the island. All around a good choice for us. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable. more
