We booked at Braemor after reading the reviews on trip advisor. All those positive comments are right on. Great room, beautiful place inside and out, marvelous view and walking access to places in the view, super owner and polite little dogs. And the food was really good too. If you're going to Arrochar, stay here.

We only stayed for one night en route to Mull, but wish we could have stayed longer. Reg is a very welcoming host, taking a real interest in the guests and going out of his way to make you feel at home. We took over two rooms, both overlooking the loch with fantastic views...we even saw deer in the drive... More

After discussing this with Reg, I was going to start off this review by saying that our stay was awful; Reg couldn't poach an egg to save his life and the hounds were a constant nuisance... but that would all be a complete lie!! Sorry Reg, I just couldn't do it and put a false review! My wife and I... More

After about a 10 hour drive from London on Good Friday, we arrived at Braemor B&B where we were warmly greeted by Reg (the owner) who helped us to our room. We were then offered a whiskey (to help warm us up after the long drive) in the breakfast/lounge area where we sat and chatted to Reg, admired the beautiful... More

My girlfriend and myself stopped here on the way up to Skye. The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the loch. Reg is ace, a lovely super friendly bloke he couldn't have been more helpful. When we returned from dinner we sat in his front room with the other guests supping whisky, talking the talk and playing with his... More

I stayed 3 nights at Braemor bed and breakfast. On arrival I was welcomed by Gordon who welcomed me and showed me to my room, a double ensuite with a garden view of loch long and the cobbler. The room is more boutique style well decorated and furnished with a comfortable bed and quality bedding which made for a good... More

I stayed here with 5 friends during a walking break in the local mountains. It's a perfect place to be based for access to loads of great walks including Munros as well as lower level walks. The B&B had great facilities - a big garage to hang up all the wet stuff, and the rooms were decorated to a high... More

What can I say, what an amazing bed and breakfast. My girlfriend and I stayed here, unfortunately only for one evening a couple of weeks back and we had the most amazing of times! The room was very comfortable, very spacious, cosy and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were even little boxes containing sewing kits,... More

The view over the water and snow capped mountains beyond took our breath away. We chose Braemor because it has its own private drive up the hill away from the road and village below. Not only was the property up there, so was the room and breakfast. We were well looked after and the owner was very friendly and helpful... More

This B & B has the WOW factor. Stunning scenery - overlooking Loch Long and the Cobbler. Beautiful gardens. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was both delicious and bountiful - porridge, scottish pancakes and maple syrup, full english breakfast, toast, tea or coffee and all freshly made with local... More
