My wife and i felt like a little break and decided to go to Balloch. We stayed at Valhalla b&b and had a great time. It has a great location with easy access to Loch Lomond. The rooms are of hotel standard and whats more so is the service. We where made to feel at home by Becky and Graeme.... more
Stayed for a few days at the end of October 2009. Excellent B & B with a great location for visiting Locjh Lomond and surrounding area. Easy access to Glasgow by train, the station platform is right outside the front door! Superb facilities at Valhalla and awesome breakfasts. Plenty of local good pubs and restaurants within a few minutes walk.... more
We arrived in the town of Balloch and managed to get a room at the Valhalla and were so pleased that we did. Graeme and Becky could not have been more welcoming or helpful. It was a very warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, as well the bathroom. The scottish breakfast was excellent and the hosts are very sympathetic. Recommendation : suitable for bikers more
Just recently renovated. The house is located in à sidestreet off the Main Street so we just found it after having asked for bb in some other places. Luckily the other places were taken allready so we got to stay. Rooms were very tidy and clean in à way I rarely saw in other bb. The owners are extremely nice... more
Becky & Graeme are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Our bedroom & bathroom were very clean and well appointed, breakfast was excellent. A bonus was the secure parking available for bikes. We would certainly recommend Valhalla B & B. Steve & Anita more
We have just returned from a refreshing break at the Valhalla Bed and Breakfast. This was the first break booked online without seeing the accommodation prior. Had a fantastic stay at Valhalla B&B. Our room was immaculate, location was perfect, the breakfast was AMAZING! and the couple are so friendly, chatty and extremely helpful.... Graeme will even give you a tune on the guitar if you ask him!! LOL Fantastic stay.....we will most definately be back! more
