Stayed one night while touring in the area. Glad we only had small and light suitcases as there were a few stairs to navigate. Basic and clean. Breakfast was included, no complaints. The Clachan Hotel next door had a good menu, we had dinner there, it was fine. No internet access which we find a little inconvenient. more

We stopped off in Drymen, Loch Lomond, en-route to the Highlands. This hotel is in a great location close to the Trossachs Park, and only minutes from great walks.Ask for an exective room in te new extension which are small rooms, but with tiny balconies looking west to capture the setting sun, It even has a flat screen TV in te bathroom more

Stayed at this Hotel last month, it was great as a base. It is outside the hotel that needs mentioning, whislt out for a walk I found a great little whisky shop in the village of Drymen. Great staff and selection worth a visit it is called Ealain Gallery. more

Arrived at the hotel on time for check in only to be told by desk staff to go lose ourselves for an hour as the room wasn't ready. Don't look at the front of this hotel and think you'll be looking out on the village square - the rooms are small and at the back, and nearly all of them... more

Informed that it was Company policy to only include one pillow case for two pillows on bed and only one hand towel between two people, not even used to this at home.
