First impression was very good-colin welcoming and showed us how to use coin meter etc. View amazing. We went to grab our stuff from the car only to notice Colin's dogs doing their business next to the area of grass right next to our lodge (more a cabin really)-I was a bit disappointed with this as it was clearly an... Just returned from another week at the lodges. The fourth time we've been in 4 years. Further upgrades to the lodges have made them even better! They are immaculately clean, in a superb location and brilliantly equipped. We were a party of 12 staying in 3 lodges which were all lovely. If you are visiting this area to walk Munro's,... More

Five of us stayed in Lodge 9 for a week, with some other family members in a smaller lodge. Both cabins were clean, comfortable and had beautiful views. Killin is a lovely village, we ate out most nights there and didn't have a bad meal. Colin was great at recommending some restaurants for a special occasion meal, and made us... More

I stumbled upon these lodges after bailing out of my tent whilst hill walking one particularly soggy weekend recently. I turned up, damp and slightly disheveled, to be met by Colin who swiftly ushered me into a nice warm cabin which was to be mine for the night. The lodges are set amongst some really nice quiet woodland just outside... More

Gadameer We are pleased we were able to rescue your weekend during your recent trip to the Lawers range of mountains. Nothing quite as good as a warm dry bed when you have been soaked on the hills! We hope that you will come for longer next time best wishes Jim More

My friends and I booked Killin Highland Lodges for a 2 night stay in April. There were 8 of us in the Oak Log Cabin. The service was outstanding and the pictures of the lodge do not do it enough justice. It was lovely. It was a fantastic break away. Would recommend Killin Highland Lodges for a break for Family,... Would, without hesitation, recommend Killin Highland Lodges to anyone looking for a tranquil, peaceful, getaway. We stayed four nights and visited an arctic wildlife park (the polar bears are amazing), Ben Nevis (have a cable ride) and Loch Katrine. Plenty of places to eat in Killin. The owners, Jim and his son Colin, are super. Nothing is too much effort... More

Just returned from a four night stay. Fantastic! Colin met us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. Two families shared a four bedroomed cabin. It was spacious and well equipped, it even had a dish washer! The location is excellent for exploring on bike or foot, plenty of munros to climb.

Fabulous. 2 families staying in the Oak Lodge. This was exactly what was needed for us. Relaxing, cosy and equiped with everything we needed. We were celebrating a late Christmas (February) and the staff put up a Christmas tree for us..so kind. We have booked up again for next year
