We all thoroughly enjoyed our week of very mixed weather at Little Briar Cottage, we being 3 adults and a dog. The location could not have been bettered, such a beautiful place, and such wonderful views. We explored all of the area, and the cottage itself was lovely to come home to every evening. Kim and Fraser were so welcoming... More

I have read the excellent reviews here and can only concur with them. I have stayed in many places throughout this beautiful country of ours and can safely say that the location, standard of accommodation, view and hosts are second to none. This is the perfect site for a young or old family or a group of walkers. I have... More

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are delighted that you enjoyed the ever changing views over Loch Earn and the mountains and how kind of you to email me with copies of your lovely landscape photographs. The one of the stream meandering down the side of Briar Cottages gardens is better than any that I have. Kindest... More

The glowing reviews do pay justice to this lovely place. As many have already pointed out, the location is perfect; the views breathtaking; the hosts are among the friendliest and most helpful you'll come across. We stayed in Little Briar with our one-year old son and found it to be perfect for a small family. The large garden and the... More

Clean, comfortable cottages with views you would never tire of. We have visited the Loch Earn area at least once a year for 20 plus years and have never thought about staying as it is only about 40 minutes away from where we live. With blizzards forecast we took the chance of booking for a few days stay. Snow outside... More

We had a great time at Little Briar cottage and the cosy cottage could easily accomodate a group of 4 including two teenagers. The views of the loch from the decking is beautiful and takes a different hue as night sets in. Loved sitting out at night with a wee dram and listening to the burn. Kim and Fraser are... More

The steading and cottages are lovely with everything we needed. The warm welcome and helpfulness of the hosts made our stay in a beautiful setting right on the loch. The weather was awful but we skiied all day regardless and the wee slipway was ideal for setting off on the skis

Glass windows and doors lead to the patio garden from the lounge and bedrooms enabling plenty of light, stunning views all year round and individual access to and from the patio. The comfortable 26ft open plan living space includes a wood-burning stove, dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances.
