This was our second visit here and first time in the Autumn. The cottage as expected was compact, clean and comfortable with stunning views across Lochearn. The autumn colours looked beautiful in the sunshine making great photos which we took from the loch garden and slip way where guests can apparently trout and salmon fish for free. We never knew what... more

Thank you for sharing your experiences and excellent photos. Fraser and I are pleased that you enjoyed your return visit, the splendour of the countryside and the lochside activities. Autumn is a magnificent time of year to visit Perthshire and the Highlands. Best wishes to you both Kim Proven

We have just returned after two weeks at Little Briar and cannot wait to go back again. Kim & Fraser are without doubt the perfect hosts. Although the weather could have been better we did have some sunny days which showed off the stunning scenery in all its glory. Plenty of places to visit by car & some fantastic walks... more

We are delighted that you and your family enjoyed your break and that you found it a good base for visiting towns and cities in different directions. We arrived at Little Briar, and all we could say was Wow !! The cottage is fantastic, the views stunning, the weather wonderful, blue skies all the way. All very impressive, and Kim and Fraser were great hosts. They made us proud to be Scottish, with a warm welcome, and went well beyond what could be asked for. We will... more

We don't really want to tell anyone how much trouble Fraser and Kim go to ensuring their guests want for nothing. Anyone who stays is sure to return - and we won't get booked. more

Delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we also enjoyed your company and stories. I suppose managing to accommodate regular customers is a nice problem for us to have. Don't worry, we are working on final agreements with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, towards planning permission to build one more cottage on the grounds. We hope to start...

A fantastic cottage in a stunning location. Kim & Fraser, the most friendly and hospitable host you'll find. Not many people will invite you into their house for drinks but they do. The cottage is everything you could need, a little jewel on the loch with awesome views. We had good weather for the time of year but want to... more

Just spent a wonderful week at the cottage. My wife took advantage of the peace, quiet and scenery while I indulged myself by hiking among the surrounding hills. Ben Vorlich, Ben Ledi and Ben More are all within easy striking distance of the cottage by car but if you just want long pleasant walks and no driving just climb over... more

The web site looked great, but the reality was better, enhanced by the warmth and friendliness of the owners, Fraser and Kim. Never before have we been invited in for drinks and nibbles. Facilites were all that could be expected of a self catering holiday - perfectly clean and warm surroundings, and with a beautiful view of the loch and... more

Thank you. Fraser and I are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and that the sun came out to show off this beautiful countryside. It was a pleasure having you here. If you return in the spring, summer or autumn you will witness an entirely different set of hues from Loch Earn and the surrounding hills and forrests. Wishing you...
