We stay in the beach house which is located around 40 meters away the hotel main building. The rooms are good and new refurbishment. However, there are some insect inside the room. Maybe this is because this house is near the beach. Buffet Breakfast is nice but no hot food. The food in restaurant is good with a reasonable price. more

I loved this hotel - one of the better ones I've stayed in recently and the staff were so welcoming and lovely as soon as I walked in. Looks a bit rundown from the outside but wait till you get inside! I stayed for one night on my way back down south and had a room overlooking the loch. Room... more

What a wonderful hotel, we stayed for 1 night in the beach house, just a stones throw from the loch, fabulous room, fantastic view and massive bath, there is nothing at all negative that i could say, restaurant serves excellent food in such a relaxed atmosphere, saturday night entertainment was really good too, would recommend to everyone. more

Room was beautifully decorated but badly lit. No lift so you have to haul your lugguage up and down the narrow staircase. Restaurant meals are expensive but very basic, served luke warm on a wobbly table. Just one vegetarian choice which was tasteless pasta and tomato sauce. We were even unable to eat breakfast as eggs were undercooked and we... more

We went here for 2 nights as a birthday celebration and had a great time. We often stay at Lodge on Loch Lomond just down the road but it was fully booked for a wedding so they recommended their sister hotel to us. We liked it! The rooms were a good size and were well equipped, perhaps a little cold... more

Stayed here for Saturday night in January - weather was horrendous - heavy rain so sort of spoiled the fact that this hotel is in a fantastic location. Stayed in the Beach House which has some lovely rooms although only one heater in the bedroom with a small towel radiator in bathroom. Bathroom was stunning with a large bath and... more
