Stayed here on 10 Jan 09 for a friends 50th birthday. Rooms were shockingly poor, smelled of damp, freezing cold, no hot water, dirty carpet and duvet, need i say any more. When we arrived, staff weren't sure how much to charge us, then over charged us by £5 which we got back. Our entertainment was changed and we weren't told prior to arrival or refunded as we paid for live music but ended up with a disco.
