We stayed here while we were walking the West Highland Way. It's a lovely building in a really pretty location. The man on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
I was in a small dorm with only 4 other women & hubby was in a dorm with 8 or 9 guys. I found the bunk quite rickety and I was scared to move in case I woke up the girl in the bottom bunk. There are plenty of toilets & showers & although it was quite busy we didn't have to wait for facilities.
The kitchen was quite busy. We arrived quite late in the evening & were the only ones using it when we were making our supper, but at breakfast time it was very busy as one might expect and we hung back a few minutes before we were able to get some space at the hob. Breakfast is available to purchase rather than making your own if you wish at good price.
There are washing & drying facilities but we didn't use these.
