Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This B & B is crisp, clean and in a perfect setting. The room and bed was very comfortable. Grace was very welcoming and produced a superb breakfast, which ever option we tried. Thoroughly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome and hospitality we received during our four-night stay! The house was beautiful, clean and well kept, the view was magnificent and the room (Royal Stewart) was lovely. Grace, the proprietor, offered us just the right amount of advice about the area, where to go and what restaurants to try without being in the least intrusive. The offer of sherry in the visitor lounge was a nice touch, as was the fudge left in the room each evening, and we also loved the delicious breakfasts! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to this area and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Grace, our host was very welcoming and friendly and gave us great advice on places to eat. The room was amazing with wonderful views over Loch Lomond. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice hot and cold. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Grace's husband but the cooked Scottish breakfast was delicious as was the smoked salmon and scrambled egg. We would definitely stay again if traveling in this area.

We struck lucky with a last minute booking, having phoned whilst we were travelling on that day! The accommodation was excellent, with hosts Grace and George making us very welcome. The room, with its view down the loch, was very well appointed and comfortable. The full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day, with a number of other options available if we wanted something less filling! Overall, we count ourselves lucky to have found Lomond View and will stop there again next time we visit the area. Very well recommended !!!

Another stay at this wonderful accommodation (our fifth year) with everything anyone could ask for. The owners cannot control the weather but even then there is always plenty to do in the area or even in the cottage with excellent TVs DVD's games and books or even just watching all the wildlife e.g. Woodpeckers red squirrel deer etc. If you are not weight watching you can eat the cake and drink the wine that the owners leave for you.

The accommodation was very comfortable and homely with personal touches such as Scottish tablet in the bedroom. Breakfast was good with a selection each day. Very informative host - providing tips on eating and where best to do day walks. No real negative points

I booked the last room available in this place and I must say I felt really fortunate that I had managed to book a room. The place has stunning views of the Loch. It was amazing. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It is aldo a five-minute walk from the bus stop from and to Glasgow. It is near a good restaurant (the Slanj) and is next to the tour boats for the Loch. I cannot fault anything here except that it gets booked up very quickly so if you can get a room here, grab it asap!

Stayed for two nights as part of our tour of Scotland. Stayed in the downstairs bedroom which was a very good size, spotlessly clean and well furnished. Lovely location with great views down the loch from the outdoor seating, the weather was good enough for us to sit and have a cup of tea enjoying the view. Breakfast was very enjoyable , good choice and tasty. Easy access to the loch ferries and the village. We particularly enjoyed the ramblers ferry.

We stayed 3 nights at this comfortable B&B. Grace is a gracious host She welcomed us warmly and her advice for local information ensured a successful visit. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, luxurious bed linens. The ensuite had a large shower with thick towels. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. There is a sitting room available for guests, complete with sherry decanter. The view and location suited us perfectly.
