We didn't stay at the hotel, just went along for some afternoon tea but it was lovely! Its such good value for the amount of food that you get and its all pretty tasty. Scones were a little bit drier than I would normally like, but still edible and the other cakes / biscuits more than make up for that.... More

This hotel oozes old fashioned charm. Some of the furniture may look a little tired and all the floors squeak but that is part of this grand old building, set in well kept grounds. The river Tweed is on your doorstep and if you like walking, there is no end to good paths
