We had a very pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites East Galleria. The suite was very clean and a good price. The furniture was looking worn, but was clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a hot breakfast and the staff was very efficient in getting us what we requested. more

After driving all day with two small children and all our luggage we were first sent to a room which was unlocked/open and clearly not ready for check-in.
