We spent two nights at this property and found it to be suitable. The room decor was nice, but the level of cleanliness was a bit below par (although not disgustingly horrible). We arrived in the evening, after dark but had no trouble finding the place. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice but nothing outstanding. We asked for a room on the top floor, with King bed, Non- smoking, and quiet. That was exactly what we received and more! From the minute we walked in we were treated with smiles, courtesy, and efficiency. The desk clerks, Terry & Shannon, were spectacular. The room left alot to be desired. Lumpy bed no clock in the room. Thin walls and gross looking carpet. We checked out the very next morning and moved to a nearby Marriott for the rest of our stay. more

We checked in late, 10 pm, and noticed a peculiar odor in the hallways. Upon reaching the room, we found a live roach in the bathtub. We would have left, but my husband was totally exhausted from 12 hrs of driving. Our friends did warn us to avoid staying in Memphis but.... We had to sleep breathing in the extermination... more
