The Hotel was very nice and well kept and the employees were very nice and helpful..everyone went out of there way to make our stay very pleasant. the rooms were very clean and well set-up. A little worried after reading revues...but my sis n law & myself flew into Memphis Air Port. We were promptly picked up by Heart Break Hotels shuttle service (included in hotel stay, no xtra charge) by very nice driver. Stayed here for 2 nights in March whilst doing a Music City Tour and Cruise. The visit here was the highlight of the holiday. Fantastic walking distance location for any fan to stay whilst visiting all Graceland has to offer. The hotel staff are so polite & helpful, the rooms although basic are huge & adequate & clean to rest after a day with the KING. Breakfast is good & unlimited, actual dining area is again basic but who cares this is the Heartbreak... More

Good: It was wonderful to stay directly across the street from Graceland. Our reservations at the hotel included platinum tickets to Graceland, Airplanes, Cars, etc. Breakfast is included and we had a delicious peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
