loved the place! staff is great!! however the elevators are slow, no matter when you try to use them, and the parking garage elevators are confusing. I would stay again, but my husband would not, all because of the elevators. more

We had a great time! The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfy and VERY CLEAN. We were able to see everything downtown and ate at some great restaurants. We know where we are staying the next time we stay in Downtown Memphis!!! more
