Chef covering the evening shift seemed to have an attitude with the guests arriving too early to the serving area and getting something to drink or snooping around. Some of my co-workers felt offended and unsatisfied with her negative comments. She needs to have a different approach and this may affect future guests not staying at this particular hotel property.

Rooms in a separate structure with poorly laid out parking access to building. No canopy/cover to protect you from the rain while you fight the prohibitively awkward card reader cover. Parking is poorly laid out for close access to the structure. The 4th floor and elevator both stink of tobacco even though the room was labeled no smoking.
