My wife and I stayed in the motel at 4000 Lamar Ave in Memphis TN in mid October. When we checked in they had the room set to 78 degrees and on "heat" when it was 74 outside. We turned the air on and set to the room to a comfortable 72 degrees. We woke up the next morning and starting showering and getting ready for the day. There was 1 towel in the room and no shampoo or rags. Afterward we went to breakfast in town. When we returned we came in our room and none of the trash was taken out, there were new towels thrown accross our bed and the heat was back on and set to 78 degrees. It was burning up in the room and it looked worse than it did when we left. Also, we went to the window and rang the bell 5 different times to have another key made for our room and they never came to the window. I wouldnt reccommend this motel to anybody and I know that my family will never stay here again. more
