The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had a nice stay without any major problems. The only thing I didn't like were the employees were neither friendly nor helpful with the local area. We had trouble finding a hotel we stopped in here just to see how much it would be we thought it would be really expensive but it was very affordable. The room was very spacious and clean. It was raining. We were travel weary on day 10 of a cross country December vacation. Neither of us was in the mood for a crappy big city hotel. A reasonably priced 2-story motel walking distance to Graceland. Very clean and newly remodelled. Large rooms with sofa and table and a pool. Continental breakfast is skimpy but being on Elvis Presley Boulevard made up for that! more

This was very nice and last moment booking. It was very close to graceland and just a short drive to Beale St. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again. more
