We stayed here for two nights in June 2009. The room was really nice with plenty of room and a great bathroom. It was across the road from the Rock and Roll Museum and The Gibson Guitar factory and only a block from Beale Street. The staff were really friendly and helped us to arrange to see everything we needed... more

Westin Beale Street Hotel is the perfect location downtown. We hosted a family reunion for July 3 - 5 at the hotel. The staff was EXCELLENT - professional and helpful at ALL times. The rooms were great and the heavenly bed and shower were just that - heavenly. Hats off to the crew at the Westin Beale Street Hotel. We... more

Of course The Westin is known as a luxury hotel, this one in Memphis certainly didn't disapoint! Beautifully decorated, the rooms are clean and quiet. There is a seperate glass shower and tub which was neat. And the hotel is centrally located, right at Beale St. Overall, it was not a bad deal. I was disappointed there was no pool,... more

After a long road trip through the deep south with my husband, mother, and our dog, our night at the Memphis Westin was a much-needed retreat. I found out the hotel was pet friendly from a travel website, and although there were some lower priced hotels that allowed dogs, this hotel was definitely worth the money. I've stayed in other... more

Upon booking this hotel we were told they could accommodate a small u-haul trailer, well that is not the case, any of you planning a trip to this hotel beware, we were panhandled three times while waiting in the street due to the fact that the ignorant bell hops/parking attendants made it perfectly clear we could not unload our bags... more

We stayed here for 11 nights in May / June 2009. Location is the best possible if you want to hang out on Beale Street. Hotel is new and very nice. It's more of a business style hotel and not very cosy. "Sterile" is maybe the correct word. Service is good and fast including room service. Room service is also... more

We stayed at the Westin Memphis Beale Street from May 28-May 31. The location was awsome. The only downside is you have to pay to park and pay if you want the internet. The bed were WONDERFUL. If we ever go back to Memphis I would stay at the Westin again. more

Very nice and only a couple years old. A block away from Beale Street and short walk to the Peabody (to to top floor and see view and duck palace). Staff is very frendly. Great Flat HD TV, seperate stand alone shower from tub, very large bathroom. I could not be more pleased. more

Convenient to Beale Street and area attractions. We spent 3 days and very satisfied with the personnel especially Lynette who went out of her way to lend us her mother's walker since we forgot ours. My partner's dad is disabled and needed a wheelchair as well which the hotel provided through our entire stay. more

Absolutely LOVED this Hotel. We had never stayed at a Westin before and I can't recommend them enough. The Hotel is located across from the Memphis Grizzlies Basketball center. We walked in saw Shaq sitting on a couch in the lobby. I sent my son over to say Hi and he posed for a picture with him. The Front desk... more
