I was leaving AR, stopping in Memphis then heading South to LA so I thought this hotel was right off of I-40. I was wrong - my mistake. I checked in at midnight and when I walked in the room it looked okay. I checked to make sure the sheets on the bed were clean, they were, but the blanket... more

On the web, the Best Western Suites on Macon Cove in Memphis looked good--just off I-40 (our route), high speed internet access, the usual things I look for. And it's Best Western, so there's quality control, right? The directions provided on the hotel web site were confusing at best, but with our Magellan unit we finally found it. The check-in... more

Dirty. Nothing works. Plastic covers on the lamp shades despite the fire warning. Stains all over. Toilets don't flush. I could go on and on. more
