The location was okay, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. I wouldn't let my daughter go out to the car by herself, but our car was safe over night. As for the room, the beds were comfy, but the room did not seem clean enough. I literraly cleaned the bathroom with Lysol before we used it...I am not sure I... more

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for one night in May 2009. We went to Graceland in the morning. First off, the room was awesome! Two double beds which were crisp and modern with white bedding (must be hard for them to keep clean, but clean it was). My sister and I both agreed that the mattresses and... more

It was a number of years ago that I stayed at this hotel, but from seeing the other reviews, I am under the sense that things have yet to get any better. When we stayed there, the first room that we were put in had mold all over the walls - ick! We asked to be moved, and they did... more

Horrible experience. It took several hours to finally get into a room that I'd reserved for almost a year. I'd reserved a NS double. The first room we got into was a King. After going back to the front desk, the clerk finally found a double for us, but it was dirty. Due to the shortage of help, the shuttle... more

The hotel is old and run down and has many problems. Two elevators, only one worked. The swimming pool was out of order. The hotel doesn't have cable so you are limited to watching one of 5 available TV channels. The hotel is roach infested. Some rooms have working AC units and some don't - most noticably, the hotel lobby... more

Do not stay here . You are in the hood. Our first room was already occupied. I walked in on a man. When we got a room our remote did not work. Carpet was torn. We left. They are showing old pictures on the website. more

At $48/night this hotel is way overpriced. Albeit I was in Memphis on a busy weekend, I wish I had stayed somewhere else. They put me on the top floor (6th) and the humidity (or mold) smell was strong. It seems like they didn’t get finished cleaning up my room; there was a half used soap on the sink. The... more

This hotel used to be the Hampton Inn, now its the Ramada. I had stayed here twice in previous years, but this year was a shocker. Bordering the property is a very noisy, annoying refinery or lumberyard of some sort. The bulldozers and machinery start at 5.30am and if your room is on that side of the building (as mine... more
