We are very picky about where we stay and spent a lot of time reading through reviews on Ty Gwyn, reviews/location/price. Well...everything said is true we couldn't have been more pleased. Mark Richards is a fantastic host and has a great deal of knowledge of the area/places to visit. The home cooked breakfasts with ingredients sourced locally were possible, the... More

9 of us took over the entire property, Mark was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble, the rooms are exceptional and spotlessly clean, beach on the doorstep and walk into town no issue either. More

This time we stayed in the brand new annexe. It is also disabled and pet friendly. I have to say that the whole place just gets better. The annexe was spacious and luxurious with sea views and there is now a beautiful decking area on the front lawn, looking out to sea with chairs and a table, so peaceful and... More

We stayed at Ty Gwyn so that the kid could have a couple of days on the beaches around New Quay. It was really lovely, the rooms are well done, the staff were very friendly and it has a terrific ambiance. More

A few of us booked Ty Gwyn to stay for a wedding near by. We were looked after perfectly. Comfy Beds, Great Breakfast's and a wonderful view topped by a fantastic Mark and his Crew who made our stay so much better. From acting as a taxi service to recommending restaurants, they did a fantastic job. One of our guests... More
