Stayed here for 2 nights and can't see how its a 4 star hotel. After a 5 hour drive to the hotel, we decided to have hot baths and order room service and just chill out for the night. This place is dreadful. Service is awful. Food is expensive and poor. The rooms are tired. Mildew in the bathrooms. No air-conditioning (fans in the rooms). Went here just for the one night, was a last minute booking, relatively cheap (£60) but not the cheapest. Arrived at the hotel and it was straight off the dual carriageway at the start of a business park. Plenty of car parking around the front of the hotel, near the entrance, with more around the side and finding a space... more

We stayed 5 days and not once did we get a hot breakfast,have you tried eating a cold fried egg UGH.The lift was out of order for 4 days no one on the staff seemed bothered about it.The evening meals were awful and undercooked. Do not reccomend this hotel at all more
