First impressions great, a wonderful area, lovely public rooms, staff all very friendly and helpful. Very disappointing room, scruffy furniture, bed excruciatingly uncomfortable, on closer inspection seemed to be a homemade solid wooden base with a thin mattress on top. I stayed in this hotel for one night on business.
