Stayed for two nights. Nice bed, nice shower, nice staff. Great food, great surroundings. In fornt is a river and you can hear the sound of the water flowing over the rocks when sitting in the garden.

We stayed for 1 night on business. I have I say a great location. A great looking hotel and lovely done out bedrooms. Small but clean and very well thought out. Dinner okay for a pub meal. Well priced. Staff lovely. Would use again. Great price too. Thanks to all.

Reading some of the reviews on here I can't believe it is the same place that we have just visited! we have never had a bad experience, lovely accomadation with very good food, and the staff are just the icing on the cake!

Nice little pub. Having eaten elsewhere we just needed a dessert and a nightcap before returning to our B&B. We chose the chocolate fudge cake and the strawberry sundae.
