My wife and I have just returned from a one-night stay at Plas Bodegroes and it was really lovely. We booked at the last minute and had an attic room (Room 8) which turned out to be clean, spacious, comfortable, and more than adequate for a short stay. Regarding the measure of champagne, I can confirm that we pour 125ml from a measure approved by HM customs weights and measures into a Riedel champagne glass, the gross capacity of which is 250ml, so the glass will appear half full! I hope this clarifies and we look forward to welcoming you back!
We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on a hot day in August - the gardens are beautiful and the terrace was perfect for a late afternoon cocktail.
