Clean, friendly, easy to find, lovely little village, good food and a great base for exploring Anglesey. Brian the owner and his daughter will look after you like you are part of the family. We ate every night in their restaurant because the food was such good quality and reasonably priced. Recommended for couples. more
We thoroughly enjoyed a short stay the woburn hill hotel, accomadation was vey clean and well worth the price. We enjoyed a well presented and tasty evening meal in restraunt, The staff were freindly and helpful , also a nice bar to relax and enjoy a drink. Would definitely reccomend this hotel. Recently spent two nights in The Woburn Hill Hotel and found the room to be reasonable for such a small hotel . It would appear that it had been recently decorated so may have improved since the last review . Overall get what you pay for and had no complaints about hotel or staff . stayed at this b&b june 2006. the decor was dated, the place was in need of a good refit. staff were unwelcoming, felt like was intruding. meals were awful. everything was too much trouble to the staff. the sign on the entrance telling you children were not welcome, says it all about this place, and stating you pay for all... more
