I am sorry to say the service was terrible and the food was even worse .to start with i was given a dirty glass the steak i ordered was awful i couldnt even cut into it when i complained about it there was no appology whatsoever i will certainly not be going to the bull hotel in valley again

Have not stayed here as a resident but went for an early-evening meal in the public area. The tables were dirty and sticky and were in need of a good clean,as did the dusty window ledges.There were some upholstered chairs and a couple of these were very grubby indeed,my dog's bedding is cleaner ! Didn't stay there as resident, but used the public house part of the hotel. Went in the evening for a meal, tables were still dirty and sticky from the daytime meals. Complained to the staff but was completely ignored. Another one for my list of 'places not to stay'.
