We enjoyed a fantastic stay in Lampeter at the Falcondale Mansion. First thing to say is the location is superb. The hotel is hidden away down a one mile private road amongst rolling fields and woods, the views are uninterrupted countryside. We stayed at this hotel over the weekend as we were part of a wedding party. The hotel looked magnificent when we pulled up. The room we were allocated (better room) was very nice. My husband and I stayed at the Falcondale for 4 nights and would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. We are frequent travellers and like our comfort and we would undoubtedly stay at this hotel again. more

Our stay at the Falcondale was excellent from beginning to end. Our welcome at reception was warm and efficient; our room was spacious and well furbished, as was the bar area; the food and service for dinner in the restaurant exceeded our expectations and could not have been better; breakfast was lovely (in particular the sausages) and again well served.... more
