The rooms are okay, a little dated but much better than some hotels I've stayed in whilst in Wales. The bathroom floors are carpetted which is a little odd. This hotel is just waiting for a TV programme hotel-doctor makeover. It's straight out of the 1950's and the rooms look as if they haven't been decorated since then, dull and dingy with old carpets. The bed was made with what looked like old army blankets (same vintage) and the towels were stiff as boards and rough like sandpaper. Altogether,... more
