I am a person who likes to stay in luxury hotels throughout the globe.Nearly every year we have one holiday abroad and one in the UK.(Money dependant) I chose to visit Pembrokeshire this year due to the beauty of the area and the many places to visit. Myself, mywife,my 15 year old son and mother travelled from the Midlands to Canaston... more

This was our 5th visit to Canaston Oaks and the standard remains impeccable from the spotlessly clean rooms to the fabulous breakfasts. The welcome is always superb and Eleanor and David cannot do enough to make you feel at home throughout your stay. They are the perfect hosts who attend to your every need without impinging on your privacy. The... more

We stumbled upon this gem whilst trawling through the internet & fell in love with the photos. After an extremely friendly phone conversation with the owner we booked in for 2 nights & were not disappointed. On arrival we were welcomed with Welsh tea, homemade welsh cakes & bara brith which was just what we needed after a long drive.... more

We found Canaston Oaks on the internet and first impression from the quality of the web site was confirmed when we arrived at this wonderful place.Set in delightful grounds with views towards the hills and walks to the ponds and river we were reluctant to leave each morning to explore the area. But then we had to, because the breakfast... more

My husband and I stayed here over Easter for a few nights. David and Eleanor were very friendly, welcoming us when we arrived and letting us know of good places to visit locally. Our bedroom - the Hawthorn room - was beautifully decorated (as was the ensuite shower room) and included some treats for us on our arrival (wine and... more

A wonderful place, really comfortable and with the most welcoming hosts you can imagine. David and Eleanor do all they can to make your stay at Canaston a great experience. For me, visiting from South Africa, it was a real welcome to Wales. The breakfasts are, as they say, to die for. You won't find a better place anywhere. more

This is an outstanding Bed and Breakfast. David and Eleanor the hosts have created 4 excellent bed and breakfast rooms to the side of their house. The rooms and bathrooms are first class, the welcome outstanding, and the breakfast of the highest quality. The setting is close to the main road, but is set back so that it is very... more

Canaston Oaks is a new building, beautifully designed and with superb decor. But that would be nothing without the wonderful welcome you get from Eleanor and David who don't seem to be able to do enough for their guests. The breakfasts are superb - a friend of mine far better travelled than I am thinks they are the best anywhere.... more

I've just come back from a weekend in Pembrokeshire, and have to mention the wonderful Canaston Oaks B&B. I'd booked Canaston Oaks as a surprise for my girlfriend, as it looked absolutely luxurious on their website, and I'm pleased to say that the reality didn't dissapoint. We arrived in the afternoon, and the host Eleanor was out, but had left... more
