We had a simply wonderful holiday here - the staff were all extremely friendly and courteous, and made us feel exceptionally welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The relaxed gourmet dining with the children free to play in the beautiful gardens between courses combined with the excellent baby-listening service made our evenings extremely enjoyable. Should be closed and re-furbished. I understand the refurbishments needed have to be sensitive due to it being in a National Park, but other places manage it!!. we stayed at warpool court hotel this easter with our 2 dogs. The receptionist were very friendly and supportive especially with us getting a refund on our seconds night evening meal as it was awful.
