We stayed here in the summer of 2008 and would certainly not stay again. As a group of rock climbing, mountain biking and skiing fantics we did not expect to stay in luxury, but we did expect basic but warm, comfortable and clean accomodation. The room was cold, damp & mouldy with the mould literally covering the walls (behind wood panelling) and blistering through the wallpaper, there was a table blocking the fire escape door, our vegetarian friends were offered a 'vegetable stir fry' for their cooked breakfast because there was nothing else suitable. The reception was unmanned for most of our stay making complaining about the conditions even more difficult. In the end we reported the hotel to the Welsh Tourist Board. more
