A cleverly converted horse lorry. Beautiful inside and out. Peaceful setting, plenty of farm animals to gaze at, a beautful communal garden but you also have your own private area with a private hot tub. Welcoming hosts, they also have a shed selling homemade produce like jam, chutneys, hand knitted craft, local meat Can’t fault it at all. Shame only 1 night 🥺 but will defo be back one day. Highly recommended.

A beautiful stay at the beautiful Shire Horsebox. We arrived at the property to be greeted with some lovely fresh eggs, biscuits, chocolate and crisps. The horsebox had everything you could need. Was so clean and tidy, also the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, The hot tub was so lovely in the evening after having a bbq. Area was all lit up too. The views are just incredible, loved watching all the animals. This place is definitely a must for someone who wants a lovely relaxed break. We also bought meat from on-site which was beautiful along with the fresh eggs. Thank you for a lovely weekend,

Cyfie Farm is a little piece of heaven. We stayed for two nights in Barley Cottage and we could’ve stayed a lot longer. The cottage is lovely, really quaint and incredibly clean - the kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay and the bathroom has lovely smellies left for you to enjoy. We arrived to a basket full of goodies including fresh eggs which tasted incredible😍 Towels and a book full of information about the cottage and surrounding areas are a great touch too. Across the way is your hot tub and a lovely modern shower and toilet - again everything was so clean. The hot tub was warm and two plastic wine glasses are left so you can enjoy a drink whilst relaxing in the tub. The views surrounding the farm are amazing, you can tell they have spent a lot of time and effort making it the most beautiful space with lovely flowers and plants, benches, hand-carved wooden animals and a swing - you can go into the ‘secret garden’ behind the wooden gate to get more of the view. The animals are delightful - it’s amazing how quickly the time goes when you are just sat watching the lambs play and chase eachother. There are so many different farm animals; horses, sheep, donkeys, goats, ducks - it is so nice to get so close to them and watch them in their own environment. The farm also encourage you to recycle - please be mindful of this when packing up to leave and separate your plastics/glass/paper etc so you can place them in the correct bins. Outside of the farm, we mostly visited Welshpool for food which has supermarkets and little shops. Some people have mentioned you can walk to the pubs/shops near but we chose to drive as it wasn’t the easiest looking walk - Lake Vyrnwy is a lovely place to visit also. All in all it was a perfect weekend and definitely somewhere you can go to switch off - it was the most relaxed we had been in months. Would love to visit again.

Me and my wife booked the Wheat Cottage after a much needed break from our hectic lives. The location is absolutely stunning and the views of the valley are unreal - especially during the sunset. The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was sublime! this is completely private and can be accessed at anytime. We met Teresa, Matt & June on site who were very hands on and always happy to help at anytime. The customer service was impeccable. 10/10 - will definitely be visiting again!

My husband and myself booked the wheat cottage at Cyfie farm as a last minute weekend away and we were not disappointed ❤ Arrived at check in time and the door was left unlocked for us,was a lovely welcome basket with goodies and fresh eggs the cottage was beautiful and perfect for two,bed was very comfortable and everything you need is provided. The hottub which is over from the cottage was amazing with stunning views which we made the most of,the shower room is a great addition 😀 Unfortunately we did not get to meet teresa as she was away for the weekend but we did have a few chats with her mum who is lovely. Gardens are lovely and we had an early morning sit on one of the benches,it was so peaceful 😍 also had a little walk around the farm to see the animals. Thankyou teresa for the relaxing weekend we needed it's been a while since we got away on our own, would definitely return 🙃

Just got back from booking a last min weekend break in Wales and would highly recommend Cyfie Farm. We stayed in Sheep Dip Cottage which was perfect and you couldn't fault it. Amazing location, private hot tub, clean and welcoming with a basket of goodies on arrival. Would highly recommend and we hope to return one day. Thank you!
