Old coaching inn right in the centre of Machtnlleth. Clean if slightly old fashioned rooms, hotel/pub bar is pleasant with roaring log fires and comfy sofas but beer was rather overpriced. We booked this hotel for an overnight stay for a wedding we had in Machynlleth. We paid £85 for a double room and breakfast. Good points 1. Charming, old fashioned room (room 24).
