I didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews on here & most of them are right but what do you really expect for £45 a night? (Twin Room) It does the job, the rooms were ok, decor was a bit old fashioned, tea & coffee making facilities are good, beds were fairly comfy. The bath had... more

This hotel should be avoided at all costs the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired certainly in the dining/breakfast room, dirty table cloths and cuttlery with food still on it and no apologies for it when shown. In my mothers bedroom her TV did not work and in my room there was a double electric wall socket hanging out... more

The decor was 1970s throughout, the corridors and rooms smelt musty, and there were stains all over the carpet. Moreover, the bathroom carpet was soaking wet, and there was mould on the walls. We were staying in the hotel however attending a function nearby. When we returned to the hotel at around midnight there were drunks running up and down... more

We booked into this hotel for three nights and checked out after the first. The room and the bar area were extremely scruffy, the whole place needs to be refurbished. The menu is ok if you like curry, luckily I do. Breakfast did not look very fresh, I think it had been standing for a few hours. The staff were... more

Absolutely appaling!! The room was extremely untidy, dirty and shabby!! The mattress was extremely uncomfortable the springs were sticking out all over, the bins hadn't been emptied the bathroom was grimmy. It was in the sort of condition overall that i would have expected in a budget £20 a night hotel. We was told breakfast was available upuntil 9.30, 4... more

This hotel is an absolute hell hole. Do not even think about staying here. Most of the staff don't speak English and the ones that do are extremely rude. I was even threatened by one of the security guards who tried to refuse us entry to the hotel. If there is nowhere else to stay in the area then sleep... more

This is possibly the worst hotel in the world.Starting with the poorly informed and little english speaking staff and rude attitude of the senior staff. The hotel is a complete cesspit ,badly and poorly decorated 70's style rooms with tv's that pick up just 2 channels.Next the food is ok to bland and if you like to eat curry everynight you... more

The first room we were allocated had stains all over the walls and missing plaster. We had a doble bed, although it didn't apear to be a full double mattress, most of the springs were coming through. The bathroom again had missing parts of the wall, the basin was blocked, and the ceiling full of mould. The room, a non-smoking... more
