Although I did not stay at the hotel, I ate as ofter as I could in the wonderful indoor/outdoor restaurant as often as I could. The kitchen used fresh, locally obtained ingrediants, organic when possible and every single thing I tried was delightful. Excellent service, reasonable prices, what more can I say?
