Stayed in Cocos 2 for 5 nights and couldn't handle sleeping on the 1 thin mattress on a concrete block for one more night or the, broken AC, broken safe and all the noise so fought with the front desk for 30 mins to get upgraded to Cocos 4. 4 is farther from the beach but wow, way nicer. I have been to PV many times and couldnt believe how terrible this place was. How do you call this a 24hr resort?? I will all the bad first, then get to the good.
