We new that there would not be full services or equipping in some ways due to the incomplete state of the construction. Let me just say that whenever this hotel is finished; it'll probably be great! As of right now its okay but needs improvement. Very hard to locate, the staff was not friendly but when we met a manager we understood why... Give a differnet room as booked, then they change it for other, no towels, no lamps, no chair in the room, no TV at room, dirty. As says, all bad PLAES DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! more
