The hallways smell of mildew. The showers were terrible, absoloutely the worst bathroom I've used in a hotel of this size and name. Parts of the bathroom mirror were missing, artwork on the wall was mouldy. The room service, as well as being outrageously expensive was of terrible quality. The hotel is in a great location but is in need of some attention. I stayed with work colleagues for a conference and found cleanliness an issue. Corridors outside rooms obviously not vacuumed and towels that should have been replaced were rehung, after being left on the floor. Carpet in places worn and shabby. Felt for the price it didn't... “OK location near airport and bay”

Stayed here for a weekend with my partner. Very pleasant staff at check-in and at breakfast. Comfortable bed - try for a room away from Bay St, as this is very noisy. The furnishings and bathroom fittings are showing their age. Reasonably convenient to Sydney airport and close to Botany Bay, excellent for a stroll on a fine day.

Overall we were satisfied with your hotel, except cost of breakfast was a little high and use of the guest operated coffee machines was confusing, producing very poor quality coffee. Also, there were no staff to assist in this area.

“Good rooms, great staff”

Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff which made the stay enjoyable. Really liked the look of the pool area, will have to come back in warmer months. Food was ok at the hotel, but nothing to rave about. Found nice restaurants to eat at nearby
