Great location, Cronulla is my favourite beach in Sydney. Rooms need an upgrade to be able to justify the price they are charging for it. We were looking forward to a relaxing trip away, but were left disappointed. The room was old and rather dated for the expensive tariff we paid. The carpets were heavily stained and the sheets ripped and dirty. I have stayed at this hotel many a time before over the last ten years. I recent mid week visit confirmed that this is one the best value stays in Sydney. Stayed here with my husband on a Saturday night. The hotel is well located & the room we stayed in(ocean view) was lovely. Bathrooms appear to have been partially updated but could do with a little more work. Slightly disappointed with the booking process. The hotel has a good view of Cronulla beach, popular with surfers. I was given the key to the wrong room and wondered why it wouldn't open. Rydges Cronulla is in the perfect location to access the beach, beach pools, restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment. All rooms within the hotel have fantastic views of the beach and bay. Rooms contain everything you require while on holiday or business trip. Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Stayed there recently on a Saturday night after spending way too much time at Northies,which is nicely situated across the road. I found this hotel to be clean friendly and great value for money.
