Nice views, comfy beds, good location to bars, shopping and beach, paying for the views not really the quality of the hotel, but nice for an overnight stay if you have an event or function nearby, extra bonus is a really good pub across the road as well as nandos!!

Well whomever owns this hotel is riding off its views of the ocean because the place is a rundown 1980's hotel. For $300 a night you might as well stay in the city and come here for a day visit or stay in the medina.
