The hotel is quiet nice, however the restaurant staff should be fired! Upon checking in we booked for dinner. We were told that we could not get a reservation before 7:30pm so booked dinner for then. The room was excellent with comfortable bed and all amenities, but I like fresh air and this was one of those multi-story hotels which keeps you locked in, Great venue if you are attending something at Olympic Park, right in the middle. Parking available. more

Was upgraded from the Novotel to the Pullman on a busy weekend in August so this stay was a unexpected surprise and thoroughly enjoyed!
