Stayed here with a large group of friends to attend a nearby conference. The photo indicates several separate bungalows. However, only one was separate and about the size of a small garden storage shed! The rest were a series of rooms under the one roof, more like a boarding house. Rooms accommodated up to 4 people in a confined space eg bunk beds. The main problem was the lack of amenities. There were only 2 combined toilets/showers amongst the 10 rooms eg approx 30-35 guests, and one of those was located outdoors. I had to rise at 5am to ensure I could have a shower. Although rooms had a small kitchenette, seating and crockery was in short supply. Mattresses were covered in plastic, which rustled when turning over in bed, waking others. Parking was non-existent. The only saving grace was its proximity to Manly Beach, just around the corner. I will never stay here again. more
